Credit Services to Begin on May 23, 2012

First Circuit Court Judge Patrick Border has given final approval to the Class Action Settlement in Gross v. University of Hawai'i, Hawai'i First Circuit Court Civil No 11-1-1217-06 PWB.

That means the two years of services (paid for by the University of Hawai'i) will commence on May 23, 2012.

If you are a class member who registered by the May 1, 2012 deadline, you should receive an email verifying that you registered for the free settlement services of 1) Continuous Credit Monitoring, so you can be made aware of key changes in your Experian credit file, and 2) Enhanced Identity Theft Consultation and Restoration, so that a Licensed Investigator can answer your questions and help restore your identity to pre-theft status if your name or credit are affected.

You do not have to do anything more for your services to begin.  If you receive an alert, or need further information about your credit monitoring services, please go to www.idintegrity.com and log in using the User Id and Password you setup during the registration process.  If you have forgotten your User Id or Password, then click on the User Id or Password links below the continue button on the credit services home page.

If you have problems accessing the site or you have a possible identity theft issue or questions then please call 855-205-6936 or call the TTY line at 855-205-6943 between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday.

Please contact IDIntegrity directly about any service-related issues.
